What are the Supported Operating systems?

Windows 10* and 11* on x86/x64 hardware.

macOS 10.15.x (Catalina), 11.x (Big Sur), 12.x (Monterey) and 13.x (Ventura) on Intel and Apple Silicon. Please ensure you have the latest operating system security and updates installed.

*S mode is not supported


What are the supported browsers?

Windows: Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Mac OS: Safari, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

What do I do if I have forgotten / lost my RSA token?

If you do not have your RSA token please contact Credit Suisse Global Service Desk.

What region should I select on the login page?

For optimized MyPartner experience select the region based on your physical location. Below are list of examples to help with your selection.

  • Located in London then select EMEA
  • Located in New York then select Americas
  • Located in Singapore then select APAC
  • Located in Zurich then select Switzerland

What do I need to logon to MyPartner?

Prior to your first logon, please have below information handy. If you do not have these, please contact your CS Business Requestor.

  • Username - This is the username you will use to logon to MyPartner.
  • RSA Token - You will receive a QR code and token import PIN. Download the RSA app from AppStore or PlayStore. Scan the provided QR code with your phone and use import password to setup your RSA token.
  • Virtual smart card (VSC) PIN - You will receive two separate PIN halves. The two PIN halves combined will be your VSC PIN. You are required to enter this PIN on the CS Virtual Desktop logon screen.

How do I logon to MyPartner using RSA option?

If you are authenticating to MyPartner for the first time using RSA Token, you will have to create your personal PIN before you can logon. Steps to create personal PIN on first logon:

  1. On the Log On page, enter your username provided by your CS business contact, leave the PIN field blank and in the Token code field enter the code displayed on your RSA app\token.
  2. Next page will prompt you to create a 4-8 digit static PIN (this will be your personal PIN going forward).
  3. Next page will prompt you to confirm your 4-8 digit static PIN.
  4. Last page will prompt you to enter your passcode (this will be your personal PIN that you have set in Step 2 followed by the token code displayed on your token (use a new code, please do not re-use the one that you entered in Step1). In case you get any error after Step 4, close the browser and follow Step 5.
  5. Launch MyPartner web page. Enter your username, personal PIN (personal code) set in Step 2 and digits displayed on your RSA token in the Token code field. Follow this step for all subsequent logons.

How do I switch between MyPartner and my computer desktop session?

Move your mouse to the top center of the screen to bring down the Desktop Viewer toolbar and click ‘Home’ to return to your personal desktop. Click the ‘Desktop Viewer’ icon from the task bar to return to your MyPartner desktop session.

How do I setup my computer to use Skype and audio with MyPartner?

Note: Audio experience may vary based on the speed and quality of your internet connection

Windows – Before connecting via MyPartner, make sure your headset is the Default Device for Playback and Recording.

  1. Right click on the speaker icon next to the clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen
  2. Click the Playback tab, select your Headset and click 'Set Default'
  3. Click the Recording tab, select your Headset and click 'Set Default'
  4. Click OK
  5. After you connect to MyPartner and access your work PC. Choose 'Permit Use of Microphone' if you receive the prompt: 'your virtual desktop is attempting to use your microphone'

Mac – Before connecting via MyPartner, make sure your headset is the Default Device for Playback and Recording

  1. On your Mac, open System Preferences and click on Sound
  2. Click the Output tab and select preferred device
  3. Click Input and select the same device
  4. Close the window
  5. After you connect to MyPartner you may receive the prompt: 'Do you want to use your microphone and webcam with this virtual desktop?' Click Yes.

Test – Do the following to test video and audio from your MyPartner iDesktop (remote session):

  1. Open Skype for Business
  2. Click Options (cog icon) and select the Audio Device option
  3. Click on 'Check Call Quality'

Before contacting CS IT Support, you should have below information handy as this will be used to validate your identity.

  • Your CS PID number (E.g. G123456)
  • Name of your CS Line Manager or Primary Business Requestor
  • CS Organization Unit Code or name of your CS division
  • Name of your company

Note :

Before you are connected to a support agent, you will be asked to enter your 7 digit PID followed by hash key. When entering your PID, please replace the first letter in your PID with the numbers given here G = 4, F = 3, W = 9 (For E.g. if your PID is G123456, please enter 4123456 and press hash key).
